Media Hub

This Media Hub provides information for media organisations who are interested in covering the Australia 2020 Summit at Parliament House, Canberra, on 19 and 20 April.

Summit Times: Sat 19 April 0845hrs – 1800hrs Sun 20 April: 0900hrs – 1500hrs

Media accreditation

In order to attend the Summit media will require accreditation.

The required accreditation form and information is available under Media accreditation.

Applications for media accreditation close on Friday 11 April.

Media schedule

There will be a number of specific opportunities for media throughout the two-day Summit, including the opportunity to cover the opening and closing Summit Plenaries.

Due to venue constraints, the Streaming Sessions will have limited media access. Media will be required to register to attend these sessions.

  • Host Broadcast vision and audio coverage will be available and the transmission plan will be available soon. The Host Broadcast feed will also be available from Telstra DVOC in Sydney, for those media organisations not based within Parliament House.
  • Host Photography will provide a range of high resolution images available from the 2020 Summit website during the event, cleared for news and editorial use.

Facilities

Accredited media will have access to a dedicated Media Room within Parliament House. The room will be equipped with internet tails and a monitoring feed of the Host Broadcaster coverage.
